Monday – Thursday, 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM & Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
- Hours for Gym:
Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM, Saturday, 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM
We are closed on Sundays and various major holidays and select holiday weekends.

Empire Health and Wellness Center is located on Century Hill Drive, off Route 9, in Latham, NY.
Century Hill Drive is on the west side of Route 9 opposite The Century House Restaurant.
From Route I-87, the Northway, take Exit 7 and follow the signs to Route 9 North.
Turn left at the Century Hill Drive traffic light. Turn left at the third driveway, 8 Century Hill Drive.
